After moving to Riverside with her family in 1979, Becky graduated from John W. North High School, and went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy, and a Masters degree in Public Administration, both from Cal State University San Bernardino.

Becky previously worked in government relations for SEIU Local 721, as a Senior Account Executive for a renowned public relations firm and Conference Manager for a trade association. She is a small business owner and currently leads the family printing business she started with her father in 1982.

She has served on several boards including Kiwanis Club of Riverside, American Marketing Association, Riverside Philharmonic, and Jurupa Valley Chamber of Commerce. Active in the community, local chambers of commerce and industry organizations, Becky puts her network to use for her clients.
